The JV golf team improved to 8-2 on the season with a 46 stroke win over Lehman's JV team on Monday. Our score of 200 was the team's lowest of the season. Laney White was match medalist with a personal-best 46. Jeff Leist was match silver medalist with a personal-best 47 (including a birdie on the final hole of his high school career), Davis Burks fired a personal best 52, and Blake Heitman continued his solid play with a valuable 55. Jackie Earl also fired a personal-best 56!

The JV golf team improved to 7-2 on the season, going 2-0 on Thursday at Shelby Oaks. Blake Heitman fired a personal-best 49. Laney White added a reliable 51. Jeff Leist had a smooth 56, and Jackie Earl fired a personal-best 57!
Team Score = 213 Season Record = 5-2
The JV golf team improved to 5-2 on the season, going 1-1 on Tuesday at Shelby Oaks. Jeff Leist fired a personal-best 48. Laney White added a steady 50, and Blake Heitman had a valuable 52!
Team Score = 203 Season Record = 4-1
The JV golf team improved to 4-1 on the season in a match against New Knoxville on Friday at Arrowhead GC. Our team score of 203 was six better than New Knoxville's 209.
Laney White fired a personal-best 46 to tie for match medalist honors.
Team Score = 213 Season Record = 3-1
The JV golf team improved to 3-1 on the season in a tri-match vs. Anna and Botkins. Our team score of 213 was 11 better than Anna's 224, and 27 strokes better than Botkins' team score of 240.
Blake Heitman fired a personal-best 51 (including a birdie on hole 4 west), Laney White had a solid 53, Trenton Hartings continued his strong start to the season with a 54 and Jeff Leist added a valuable 55!
Team Score = 212 Season Record = 1-1
The JV golf team improved to 1-1 on the season in a tri-match vs. Anna and Botkins. Our team score of 212 was two higher than Anna's 210, and 30 strokes lower than Botkins' team score of 242. This team score of 212 is a fantastic start to the JV season, and is our second-best team score in the last two years!
Laney White (Fr.) was the Houston medalist with a smooth 49, resulting in an overall second-place finish. Davis Burks (Fr.) fired a personal-best 52 to place 4th overall. Trenton Hartings (Fr.) hit some of the longest drives of the day on his way to a personal-best 53 and a 5th place finish. Jeff Leist rounded out the Houston top-4 scores with a 58 and a top-10 finish.
The JV team will be back in action on Friday against all other Shelby County JV teams!
